Drives assembled by BelMag are the result of long-term cooperation between NPO BelMag and leading European suppliers of assembly lines.
SHRUS housings used in drives are made of high-strength alloy steel by hot die forging, after which they undergo mechanical processing of the inner working surface and the necessary hardening with High Frequency Current. The final assembly and control of hinges is carried out on the technological equipment of NPO BelMag.
A phosphate coating is applied to the body of the inner CV joint, which protects the body from corrosion.
The outer CV joint has a traditional cage design with ball bearings, and in the production of the inner CV joint, both the traditional ball and the more modern tripoid design are used, which is used in the production of cars from the world's leading manufacturers.
Protective cover made of special grades of rubber that withstands high tensile forces, is highly resistant to corrosion and retains its strength characteristics in the temperature range from -41 to +100°C.
Clamps made of high-strength materials based on stainless steel provide a reliable and durable tight connection.
Universal waterproof anti-friction grease does not thicken and retains its properties in the temperature range from -41 to +100°C.
All products comply with the requirements of JSC AVTOVAZ and are additionally equipped with a cover, cover fastening clamps, fasteners and a tube of lubricant.
