Application:
A hand tool for restoring (grinding) the working chamfer of the valve, allows you to process the chamfers of valves of any size, both in diameter of the valve plate (from 16 to 50 mm.) and in diameter of the valve stem (from 4 to 13 mm.).
The order of work:
- it is fixed in a locksmith's vise.
- the valve stem is crimped with aluminum sponges.
- it is self-centered and compressed by a microlift to the working chamfer of the valve, it is possible to process the working chamfer of the valve with an angle of 30 degrees. or 45 deg.,
- 7-12 turns of the tool clockwise is enough to obtain an almost perfect surface of the working chamfer of the valve.
