BelMag pumps are designed in such a way as to ensure efficient heat exchange in the engine cooling system in any situation: both at high speeds (when overtaking or driving uphill), and at low speeds (when the engine is warming up or driving in a traffic jam).
The use of modern materials and efficient production technologies allows us to guarantee uninterrupted operation for two years or 60,000 km of run.
The die-cast aluminum body with alloy elements ensures high resistance to vibration loads. The impeller is also made of aluminum alloy.
The water pump seal design uses ceramic washers to provide less seal wear (unlike bakelite bushings).
The redesigned roller bearing can withstand much higher axial and radial loads generated by the drive belt.
All pumps undergo 100% control of functional parameters and are equipped with a gasket made of sealing sheet material and a complete set of fasteners.
