Lightening the flywheel of the engine entails an increase in power. By reducing the weight of the flywheel, the dynamics of the engine increases, due to the fact that it is much easier to turn a light flywheel.
The flywheel is balanced and lightened by drilling.
Also note: when installing a lightweight flywheel, the idle speed will be increased, as the engine will be easier to spin. That is why the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) firmware will be needed.
